You'll work closely with Business Development and Technical Managers to identify new opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and help grow relationships across a varied customer portfolio.}

_{What You'll Be Doing:}

• _{Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with speed and professionalism.}
• _{Provide technical and commercial support including quotes, compliance info, and pricing updates.}
• _{Use CRM tools to manage customer data, track pipeline progress, and ensure follow-up on all opportunities.}
• _{Drive proactive sales outreach via targeted campaigns and lead generation activities.}
• _{Support account growth by working with external Business Development Managers on "house" and strategic accounts.}
• _{Stay current on product trends, market movements, and competitor activity to add insight and value to customer conversations.}
• _{Take ownership of smaller accounts and help expand business within these segments.}

_{What We're Looking For:}

• _{Proven sales experience-ideally in electronics, manufacturing, or technical distribution (other sectors considered).}
• _{Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.}
• _{Comfortable working with CRMs (Salesforce experience a plus) and Microsoft Office tools.}
• _{A self-starter who can manage their own workload while contributing to wider team success.}
• _{Background in engineering, science, or business is desirable, but not essential.}
