Neill Briggs (BAC’s co-owner) said: “The automotive sector is possibly one of the leanest and most efficient manufacturing sectors. This partnership will allow us to reduce the amount of time consumed by recruitment and allow us to reinvest resources in other operational activities. Choosing Morgan Ryder was an easy decision, they have well over a decade of experience of working with major automotive OEM’s, first tier manufacturers and the wider manufacturing engineering sector across the UK. In addition, their own structure reflects that of a typical advanced manufacturer which works extremely well for us.
